"Old and rundown. Feels cheap converted double wides. Rooms are the size of jail cells. Restaurant had great but ridiculously expensive food ($45 soup!)"

"The rooms were spacious in this out in the country hotel. The breakfast was generous and started early. Our room had a slight plumbing problem, but it did not affect our stay at all."

"Loa's Nest is an absolute gem. The family is so nice and eager to help. This place is spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Best stay we had in on the ring road."

"Room clean and attractive. No interaction with staff other than success in checking in after calling two other numbers with no answer. There is a fee and reservation required if guests want to use the kitchen. Reviews indicated breakfast was provided, but this was not promised in the listing--my mistake. Access to a hot water heater and instant coffee and cocoa was appreciated."

"This guesthouse was super cute and the staff were very helpful. We arrived pretty late around 2100 and were still able to eat dinner at their little restaurant. Breakfast was very good as well! The only negative we will say, we do wish there was a warning about the water. It may be because we showered so late, but we did run out of hot water and may have been our fault since we were there as a group of four. Other than that, we loved our one night stay! Very peaceful!"
