"Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable.
The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight.
What was most disappointing...

"All good apart from noisy people above us apparently bouncing a ball for quite a while!
Also as usual, the wifi is too weak to do much and need to link to phone.
Lovely staff, very comfy bed great location "

"we didn't have breakfast on sight because of the location there were multiple places to eat, the location was amazing, loved the tram, close to everything, great stay, friends and family came to visit and there was lots of town parking next door to the building as well"
