"The whole building has been tastefully refurbished to be green. But it is not elder friendly. Shower area and whole bathroom are slippery. No grab bars. Glass doors throughout the building have very heavy hinges and the elderly can only get them opened halfway."

"What a beautiful and serene hotel! Perfect for a three-night stopover on the way to Europe. Location in Chinatown was excellent, and everything was so gorgeous. The pool area is lovely and the restaurants are great. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, was generous and delicious. Highly recommended. Would absolutely book again."
