It was dirty room smelled one of the beds was broken there was food crumbs under the bed cover it was just absolutely gross in the room. We weren’t in there for 5 mins and left we checked out. They said they have other rooms and we said no we checked out and left had to find another place to stay the night

It was horrible. Scary and dirty. Men underwear in the bathroom. Dust and bugs on the tv stand. I was so upset that we had to leave early and had to suck up my money I paid.

This was a very disappointing stay. The room appeared like it was never actually fully cleaned. While the beds were made and fresh towels were provided, there were still cups with coffee left in them, stains on the floor, bugs in the sink, and the shower was visibly dirty. The microwave was also unusable because it was missing the turning plate. On top of the cleanliness issues, we had booked a king room and were instead given a room with two queen beds. When we asked about it, we were told the king room was already booked, despite our confirmed reservation. Between the lack of proper cleaning, broken amenities, and not honoring our room type, this hotel did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend staying here

Horrible. Worst hotel ever been to. Did a bit of back and forth traveling and checked into the same room 3 times. Sheets where the same ALL 3 times. Pool was freezing cause pool room doors dont latch and the wind would blow them open. Hot tub was broken. The staff has to turn on the hot water out of a hose and the jets are busted so it just kinda bubbles like a 7th granders science project. Hallways had cigarette butts on the floor for 4 days straight cause they dont clean anything. Bathroom tub had soap scum and lime scale everwhere. Hair dryer was broken and with 2 young kids was seriously a dangerous item. Washers in there laundry room claim out of order the entire time i was there with staff claiming no knowledge of when it may be fixed. They didnt know when anything would be fixed for that matter. The staff themselves are rather friendly and helpful with what they're willing to do. Otherwise they'll look at you like they gonna kick you out and keep your deposit. Oh and they'll close breakfast on you like as soon as you walk in the girl will come in and start taking things away 30-45 min ahead of time to close, everything will be packed up chairs flipped and lights off If price is all that matters this is the cheapest place around but you will get only what you paid for. Security is trash too. The parking lot is dark and my car was broken into twice.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast options were great. Pool has a whole water slide so thats awesome. Then theres a sweet hot tub next to that.

Had cockroaches in our room, the pool area smelled like mold, hot tub was running with a garden hose, bathroom sink had water leaking from the top. The guy at the front told me I would need to get ahold of Orbitz for a refund and when Orbitz contacted the hotel they told them they have a strict policy against refunds.

When checking in I was charged for a new reservation, when I already had a reservation. She charged me twice and when she realized the mistake she made me contact hotels.com to fix the problem while I was out at dinner. Hotels.com text message system was great and easy to fix the double charge. But the whole thing could have been avoided if the clerk at the Econo lodge would have just asked or looked at her reservations instead of just assuming I was just a walk in. Also having to call a number to get someone to the front desk to check in would decrease the confusion the clerk had

We stayed for an entire week and not once did they come in to clean the room. We had to go ask for towels, we had to ask for toilet paper, we had to wipe the toilet down and everything. They literally did nothing in the room for an entire week. We even had to empty the trash every day on our own. The room was nice. But the maintenance and cleaning of it was horrible.

The room wasn't anything great. The problem is the extra charges this hotel added: two more times the pet charge for the one dog I had and paid for at their rate initially; plus an extra day charge at the hotel's rate - after I checked out that morning in-person. Do you have someone I can talk to about taking this hotel off your list? After a month of phone calls and emails, the staff at this hotel still will not reimburse me for the extra charges.

The room was disgusting , we had what looked like poop smeared on our curtain, and on a pillow case, the night stand was extremely sticky and dirty, there was dirt all over around the nightstand. One of our lights also didnt work.

Horrible stay.

Wasn’t handicap accessible for my 93 yr old mom. Toilet so low she couldn’t get up. Had to put a chair in the shower and other side of her so she could push herself up. Tub and toilet dirty, uneven floors where the drawers were always open. Very noisy in hallways and slamming doors all night, could hear pounding on the other side of the wall. Not a restful stay at all.
No handicap bars for a very low toilet - got a handicap chair and used a chair from the table to help 93 ur old mother push herself up.
