This motel is quite old and run-down in general. However, our room was very clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was ok no meat., no scrambled egg or no biscuits and gravy. Hit food was cheese omelette. The pool area the water slide wasn't running. The beds were good and also the clean fullness.

Property was disgusting. Bedding was covered in hairs and lint, blankets were also way too thin. There was dirt and grime around the room, the window was disgusting it was covered in fingerprints and dirt, and the room smelled like someone sprayed a can of axe body spray in there right before we walked in. They left a maintenence paper openly out on the desk that said they had to spray 2 of the rooms for bed bugs!! Do not go here!!!

Staff was very rude. We asked for extra pillows and were told there were no pillows available, if we didn’t like it he would be fine with us leaving. A hotel not having extra pillows is not credible. We would have left but everything else was booked and at last minute would cost a fortune. Never going back again.

The best part of the stay there was the front desk person Amanda. Other than her the hotel was the worst I've stayed at, or even worked at. There were stains on the carpet, it had burnt out lights in the room, and the hall way. The ice machine was broken and not signs saying so. The pool was always closed when we stayed there. I would never recommend this place.

Hey I've done some remodeling bathrooms blacks toilet paper holder only one towel rack they had replaced bathtubs with walk-in showers no traps in the sewer has sewer gas smell in the bathroom and could hear water dripping into that drain all night long. Left the tape on the fire sprinkler on the wall that was never removed after remodeling the bathroom to code violations right there. We had our first floor room the outside door did not work and there was a bug in one of the beds I crawled in from outside I'm sure. Had a nice surgery and wanted to stay there for the night cuz we had a early post-op appointment they wouldn't let us check in until after 3:00 or they wanted to charge $35 for early check in. After I surgery I just needed a place to rest. Would never use this place again

Families Beware!!! In the middle of a remodel, A/C didn’t work, 2 towels for a 2 queen bed room (expecting 4 at least). A group of guest opened the window on the second floor and was smoking. If you don’t have much for expectations you’ll be just fine, but I’ll never take my family to this place again. Don’t let the pictures of the pool fool you, my son has battle wounds. I hate to be so negative, but definitely not for families.

If your into bugs this here is the place for you… and no folks we aren’t talking just regular Rolls Polly’s and seasonal cuties; we aren’t even talking wasps or earwigs; we are talking legit bonafied cockroaches and man they are thick! In the sheets, in the fridge, in the shower, crawling up the walls, down the walls, behind and in front of things… you name it there they were. In all seriousness it was infested like nowhere I’ve ever seen. We checked in and back out in about 2 hours and opted to sleep in the car instead. We brought it to the hotel managers attention who assured us we would be receiving a refund but still nothing- won’t even produce a copy of the refund ticket for verification. Sadly they probably need a visit from the state health inspector sooner rather than later. And Choice hotels says their hands are tied due to the fact all hotels under their label are privately owned. In my opinion this leaves them just as much liable for this serious problem. Spend the few extra bucks and stay ANYWHERE else…. This place is a zero star do not recommend.

This place was awful! Booked the stay 3 months before stay— when we walked in, there was construction in the pool area so that was closed. The breakfast included Hostess donuts & other [cold food items] because the breakfast area was ALSO involved with construction. We had 5 kids and book our rooms based on pool & food. The man at the front desk started laughing and saying it was non refundable because we booked through hotels.com So be aware if you book through this site. Also, when I called to see what they could do— also nothing, because we booked through hotels.com and not directly though the hotel itself.

The room was nice but pretty sure there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The tv remote wasn’t connected. The hall and elevator smelt horrible. The pool was cold and looked like it was being treated with outdoor pool chemicals. We found a chlorine tablet in the pool. Bottom of pool felt like it had sand and/or rocks. Pool area didn’t seem very clean overall. My wife stepped on a thorn. Don’t know how a thorn is in the pool area but she stepped on it. We had to bring our dirty towels back down to exchange for clean and dry ones. Pop machine said it took Apple Pay but wouldn’t let me buy a simple bottle of pop or water. Overall not a great experience for $100. Wouldn’t recommend.
