Really clean modern villas. Staff friendly and helpful. BJs Tapas Bar food was really good and best cocktails on the island. Breakfast hamper was awesome, fresh bread, eggs, Cheese,butter and milk with other fruit and cereal.

Staff were very friendly. The property was always clean and tidy. Fantastic to have a room freshen every few days. Bar service earlier than 4 pm for the guests would be great, especially when they are lounging around the pool Parking was an issue due to the building works. Workers or visitors to the bar took the few spots available, leaving guests to park down the road.

Amazing stay! Great location close to Miri beach but you will probably want to rent a car either way. The staff including Barry and Nick are all outstanding. The onsite spa also great!

Beautifully appointed rooms with every detail well-planned, including lovely snacks and a continental breakfast. The staff is friendly, the owners are incredible hosts. I will return!

We had the best stay and loved the room and property so much that we rarely ventured out. Store is nearby, it’s peaceful, the staff show aloha. Thank you so much for making a couple of Hawaiians feel at home.

Oh what a wonderful resort this is. I would go as far as to say that it is probably the best resort on the island. Every thing is just perfect and Barry and Elaine are the best hosts that you could wish for. Highly recommended.

Stunning Ocean Escape

Really great relaxing place to stay. The hosts were absolutely amazing. The breachfront villa was fab! Delicious tapas and cocktails. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I love this resort and made to come back for a second visit this year. The resort is beautiful, Elaine is so helpful in every aspect of your stay. Looking forward to the Tapas bar opening for our next visit.

The salt water pool is unique as the water is exchanged almost daily during high tide. Beautiful shells on the beach, beautiful people all around. Tapas bar dinner is very good and reasonably priced. Owners are prompt to correct problems, if any. We would definitely stay there again.

Very very comfortable and really recommend! We had a great stay and the hotel views were beautiful, the staff and owner are both very nice and suggested many great things to do for us. We were provided many different varieties of food for breakfast. Loved it here and will definitely come back!

Boutique style luxury. Our room/ unit had everything we needed. The pool is shared yet you feel you have it all to yourself.The hosts made sure our stay was top shelf 👍 Very convenient location. The beach area was an explorers delight every time we ventured 🤗

Great little place and staff very helpful. New clean facilities and only a stones throw from from Muri beach. Petrol station, store and great burger joint across the road too. No hesitations in recommending this place, other than the fact that I want it to be available next time I want to go!!!

Just a beautiful location and adults only! They have 12 villas, so it’s never going to be crowded. It’s quiet with only the rumble of the surf in the distance and the gurgling from the pool fountain. Talk about a restful retreat! They have a small tapas bar and restaurant that opens at 4pm. The only downside to this resort is you can’t swim or wade in the ocean out front. It’s surrounded by coral and rocks with lots of urchins to ruin your trip. It’s worth it to just sit on the beach or hang out in/by the pool. Relax and live on island time! Totally worth coming for the relaxation alone!

Ein absolut wunderbares Schmuckstücke auf Rarotonga. Die Villen sind mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Es ist irgendwie alles klein und familiär aber man hat dennoch völlige Privatsphäre. Das Frühstück besteht aus Toasts, Käseaufschnitt, Eiern, Cornflakes, Milch, Kaffee und Obst und ist in der eigenen Villa verfügbar und wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Draußen gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten um zusammen zu Essen oder zu Trunken und die hauseigene Tapasbar ist jeden Tag ab 16 Uhr geöffnet. Sonnenaufgang am Strand (Ostrichtung) ist sehr panoramisch. Alles hat gestimmt und ich würde es ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen. Direkt um die Ecke ist übriges ein kleines Café sowie ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und ein Burger und Pizzaladen. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel.

What a special place! We absolutely love our stay here. The owner and his wife did everything possible to make it special and to help us out with all our questions. Elaine is just outstanding at her job and she is the main point of contact - so thoroughly knowledgeable and friendly - all her recommendations were spot on! We could not have asked for a better experience. The design of the villas is really outstanding with enough space between the villas and a smart angled design to ensure quiet and privacy. I wish we could have stayed longer. This place is an excellent value and the massages are excellent, very affordable and 75 minutes long! The restaurant and tapas bar at the end of the pool is outstanding. When we were there they were working on a deck that soon will further enhance the space available to view the ocean while you enjoy a drink and a meal. And then there is the salt water pool. How great is that? Water pumped daily straight from the ocean so no chemicals like chlorine in this pool!!! The coffee place up the street is wonderful. What a great little place to relax. I just hope they have room for the next time we want to come. We have NEVER been happier with any place we have stayed!!!
