A lovely, restful stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Rooms are great and the pool and other facilities are lovely. We would definitely stay again.

This was my first time visiting Rarotonga and my accomodation area was amazing. It has gorgeous features and a warm aura. The people here welcomed me with warm smiles. If I was to stay in Rarotonga again I would definitely come back to ocean escape resort & spa

Loved the place, it was so organised and tip top clean and Elaine was just the loveliest host and helped out with everything we needed. Our unit was only about 5m to the sand and the pool was to die for. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay with you and recommend this place for others.

I would highly recommend this property. We loved everything about it. There is a local convenience store, takeaway food shop and coffee shop nearby. The bus passes right outside and Muri is walkable. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Elaine on reception was a delight. Would definitely return.

It was just as the pictures showed and then some. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Great customer service. I will go back. A beautiful place to stay and relax.

We found the setting of the accomodation was perfect, we were unlucky with the weather, the winds were severe, which meant we could not sit on our 'balcony' for fear of being blown away. The bed was hard, neither of us slept well at all, the TV was very disappointing, no satallite connection, which meant we had the option of 2 channels both of which has such poor reception it was very hard to watch anything. Not sure how much it would cost to install an upgrade on the TV system, but it certainly would be worth it, as a selling point. There was no DVD as an alternative :( On the positive note, the pool and setting were perfect, the staff and owners were lovely, just a shame that the items mentioned let the place down. We will return to the Cook Islands, but not choose this accommodation unless upgrades have been made :( sorry!

Hi Karen, thank you for your feedback.it is regretful that you did not mention any of these issues during your stay with us.the cook islands has only 2 TV channels and no satellite service is available.DVD and movies are complimentary and available at our reception. we get very few requests for it, and therefor we provide it on request rather than leave it all at the Villas. it is written in our compendium, or had you just asked us than we could have provided you with it.Our resort has just opened this year, therefor all of our furnishings are brand new, including our mattress, which is the most expensive, Sealy Postropedic brand, Luxury pillow-top collection. we had numerous guests compliment us on it, and even provided some with the details as they wanted to get one for their homes. it is regretful that you didn't find it suitable to your needs. Thank you for staying with us.

What an experience! Barry, Jade and Elaine were wonderful host who looked after us from when we landed at the airport to when we boarded the return flight. They went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome experience while in Rarotonga. They organised and booked all our activities so we did not have to do anything apart from lay in the beautiful sea water pool. Thank you guys for an awesome vacation… we are already planning another, longer this time! Thank you Avi and Alvina 🙏

Ocean Escape was an absolutely stunning property. The villas were handsomely appointed with all of the comforts that one would expect while staying at a resort of this caliber. Barry and Jane were perfect hosts who put so much time and consideration into making sure that my villa was stocked with items fitting my dietary restrictions. I cannot wait to return to Rarotonga and stay at Ocean Escape again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Modern and Tasteful
This property is brand new with modern facilities. It is tastefully decorated with the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. Breakfast condiments are supplied every 3rd day when your room is also serviced. Management and staff are obliging and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. The beach here is not swimable however if you like salt water then the pool is a salt water pool. The outdoor area is tastefully decorated with soothing music playing throughout the afternoon. All in all I would be happy to stay here again.
