"Friendly Staff and peaceful environment"

"We stayed at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island for two days on a full-board package. Overall, the resort has excellent facilities, a beautiful beach, and friendly staff, but some aspects fell short of my five-star expectations. Room: Mr. Badr welcomed us warmly at check-in. Our sea-view room was spacious, clean, and nicely lit. The sofa bed was very convenient for our young child. "Hi All As you would understand with the oil sleek on the beach our holiday was ruined , hotel did not have courtesy to inform us of this apart from closing the beach, no communication was sent ! The servicing the rooms were terrible as the sicks in bathrooms need urgent attention due to black growth in the sink poor design and staff looking after these do not listen and do not even bother to leave clean bath towels and had to ring up every day. The breakfast is limited and very busy in morning...

"Always trying to scam you in different ways. Claims we didn't pay the reservation despite it was paid for. Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night."

The food and drinks were also below the brand’s usual standards. I was particularly disappointed with the quality of the drinks. We stayed until October 15, and although this may have been the low season, the...
