"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"Proche de la mer et de la plage, cadre sympa, mais aucun commerce à proximité (à 15/20 mins à pieds du centre). La piscine n’en est pas vraiment une elle est toute petite. Dans la chambre, manque d’insonorisation, cela peut être très bruyant en fonction des voisins. Pas de cafetière ni de frigo. La douche est mal conçue, la salle de bain se transforme rapidement en piscine ; de plus j’avais l’impression d’être rationné pour le gel douche (des micros berlingots), on en avait jamais assez. Bon...

"Nice, clean hotel, beach right across the hotel, about 20 minutes from city nice, good breakfast. Only negative is there was no complementary water in the room, which is norm in all the other hotel we stayed."

"Lovely building but with the large ceilings on the 1st floor that had the terraces meant with the tiled floors that every noise echoed. Spent 5 nights here and 3 were disturbed by noisy guests talking loudly on the terrace or slamming doors. The terraces also have no privacy barrier so you are literally next to your fellow guests when using it. Would we stay again probably only if the price was super competitive. Great location though for getting around. "
