Hotel Murah di Rat-Penat

"Being harassed about parking when trying to unload and book room , even though there we were not interfering with anyone , the room was 24 degrees, AC did not work told that it was hot in Spain ,had to move to another room . expense to value ratio is not good was expecting more for what we paid."

"Very clean room. The bed and pillows were comfy. Toiletries were a subtle scent that I enjoyed using. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant. The free airport shuttle was a great perk!"

"Everything was nice and clean, it had a nice atmosphere. The pool was nice! We used the airport shuttle which was great but it was a little delayed. The hotel is not really close to public transit."

"Good. Better than average. Great location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great variety and plentiful. Facilities could do with a bit of attention - pool area is bleak, not enough poolside furniture and if you want a drink at the pool you have to go yourself to the bar in the top floor and back down to the pool."

"Room 4 on the ground floor was large and clean, comfortable bed, the Aircon worked but seemed to be locked and for me personally it could have been cooler but was ok. There was also an annoying pump noise that came on every 10 mins for the Aircon, I did complain but nothing happened, Generally though a nice hotel"

"Personalen är helt fantastiska som vanligt, en stor anledning till att vi återvänder till Galeon år efter år! Frukosten pågår fram till kl13, poolen är lagom stor med skugga hela dagen för den som vill ha det. Det är många gäster som återkommer år efter år så det känns familjärt och det är härligt att välkomnas av såväl personalen som andra gäster. Vår semester känns alltid avkopplande så fort vi kliver innanför dörren. Läget är toppen också!"

"The hotel was nice, convenient for train station, beach and supermarket and had good outdoor facilities. We had a leak in our bathroom on the first night from above, but when reported to reception it was a case of them waiting for the people above to wake up ( even though there had been an issue the previous day)! It was only when it started pouring through the ceiling that I found and showed another employee who inspected and went straight to reception. We had a new room immediately. There...
