"The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel itself on the inside was gorgeous, and the staff was incredibly helpful, professional and kind."

"Breakfast not included. Elevators were biggest problem, running slow Otherwise this was the perfect stay. Staff is friendly, attentive, great service. I would stay here again. Location is also great with access to ferries up and down the river. Very convenient bc traffic is terrible. "

"This hotel is a Hidden Gem. We stayed for the Free Airport Shuttle which is easy and very convenient, working nearly 24 hours per day. The rooms are large (2 people), very clean and the hotel has all the amenities of a resort hotel. The spa is worth a visit, we indulged, and the food is good value and excellent choices. Fon at Reception gets a special mention as she is Awesome. Thank you and see you again soon."

"Spacious room, very clean. Despite of apparently being old, the hotel is in very good conditions. Restaurants , bars and swimming pool are great but a bit pricy. The river shuttle to the mall is very convenient. Staff is great "

"I highly recommend staying here, as it is connected to the transit system, a mall, and easily accessible to everywhere within proximity. If you need to exchange money, you can do it there at the hotel, or there’s plenty of places inside of the mall attached to the hotel, and it is by far one of the most convenient and amongst one of the nicest places to stay!"
