"Clean room, very comfortable bed, great price. Nice restaurant next door."

"Most units are two bedrooms that are owned by folks but our 1-bedroom efficiency unit, although comfortable and clean, was not impecibly decorated. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use either. Good access to the beach but one has to watch the tides, so be careful."

"This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had an ice bucket but no glasses. Jug and coffee maker but no cups. Walked on the beach which was very polluted (looked like a lot of toilet paper washed up). Do not recommend "

"Perfect location and very impressive cosmetic upgrade of old motel. The only problem was lack of soundproofing between floors. We could hear voices and footsteps at all hours. It is too bad they did not address this fault during the renovation."

"Overall, a good hotel for the price. Very clean, and the staff is welcoming. Our only wish is for a better soundproofing in pretty much the entire building, but will stay again given the cost."

"Parking is good, location is good. I give it a 3 star because the pool had clumps of hair in it. And large bandages. I walked into the pool. Saw the stuff in it and got out immediately. I showered and notified who i thought was a staff member. And a family entering the pool area of the condition and they didnt seem to mind. "

"It was good for the price. It’s hard to find affordable hotel nowadays. I felt the cleaning could be improved a bit more in the area of floor. Bed cover had some black dots. I am not sure what it was. I did not tell the staff because I used the other bed. It had two beds. Shower room was good with good pressure. Overall, not bad but could be better with more thorough cleaning."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel across the street from the ocean. Nespresso coffee maker, mini bar, and Molten bath products are a nice touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is complimentary. Restaurant is very good."

"Fantastic staff! Excellent food in the restaurant. Great location for a walk down to the beach or into the heritage forest that borders the property or into town. Great ocean view from the Rita Hayworth room. Would definitely stay again."

"Stunning oceanfront views with property located right on the beach. Very clean and well appointed suite with a small but very well equipped kitchen and bbq’s located in the common area made meal times very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. As a side note, the pool for this property is a 30 second drive away at a partner hotel. "

"All of the above was great...thanks. No cutlery of dishes, but did not expecy them. Only one glass in bathroom...could have used two. The heat pump was noisy when it came on at night."
