"We have just returned fromr 4 nights at Demar Residence. Our stay was perfect 👌. We arrived early and were presented with iced water and invited to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The pool area is spotless, well maintained and towels provided. "We loved the washer-getting in a couple of loads really helped on an 1 month trip. Also , a nice deck overlooking the rooftops… hard to see the ocean tho. Parking on the property is always good ( no fee or parking 2 blocks away). Overall, a very comfortable stay and well worth the price. You will need to haul you luggage up 2 flights of steps tho. "
