"Great room and bath, I particularly loved the shower! Beautiful room floors and wonderful bed and bedding. Great restaurant and wonderful food to accommodate my tastes and some easy Thai dishes that were just lovely. Naturally the staff was amazing! All of them were so friendly and remembered everything about me and my activities, room number and what I liked to eat for breakfast. It was so lovely to see their faces every morning for breakfast. Even the groundskeepers and other non hospitality staff were extremely friendly and kind. The pool was so cool! I was traveling with my friend’s family and the kids loved the dive platform and slide. I liked the slide very much myself. It was just beautiful and so inviting and refreshing around the pool area but I didn’t really partake in the bar but my friend’s family drank and ate and it looked delicious. Now for the serious part that I feel needs mentioning is the steep switchback paths leading to the upper rooms and the stairs leading down to the main resort areas. Mostly a lack of proper description in the listing on the Expedia app/web site. Also for a person or persons like me with physical mobility issues, the rooms on the upper levels are just dangerous to traverse and having had a better description of the property I would have made sure to book a room closer to elevators. The stairs and bridge to the building with the elevator were to steep and to dark at night. Loved the place and will be back!"

"Great hotel, rooftop pool, beautiful view, spacious 2 bedroom, great tv and Samsung smart tv channels! I loved the washer on the balcony and walked to 7 eleven for laundry detergent. Washing clothes was a breeze and inexpensive."

"loved the free shuttle to certain locations around the town. The space was very clean. Most of the facility members were nice. You had some one off. I would not recommend for small children or big family. We'll see maybe like teenagers and up that are mature because they're very big on being quiet example we are in the pool and it was two hours before it closed and they were telling us that we had to be quiet. They do not allow outside people to come in. We had a few friends that were staying at another hotel, but they weren't allowed to go in the pool with us."

Meals were very nice, well prepared, and offered a good variety that catered to different tastes. I particularly appreciated the freshness and quality, as well as the pleasant dining experience. Equally impressive was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and professional, which made my stay run smoothly. "Stayed here for my wife’s Birthday as a group of women and the place was great! The pool was nice, the cleaning staff came in daily to straighten up and restock towels and bathroom necessities… Property was safe and we loved it!"
