"The property was clean, staff friendly, room large, bed and bedding comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Better than most. The breakfast room, tables and area were very clean. Great property to stay at."

"Great for a quick stay over. However the rooms (on the 5th floor at least) are PAPER THIN! I could hear the guest in next room every word he said, every snore, everything. So I’m sure he could hear me. Made me feel uneasy and no privacy. Thankfully it was one night quick stay over. Loved the shuttle amenity. Great Uber eats availability, even in snowy weather late at night ✅"

I found the desk staff unfriendly and talked so fast I had to have them repeat all the instructions but otherwise, this was great!"

"Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!"

"We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing."
