"a suprising find..very welcoming, clean and comfy. there is 24 hour coffee, so even if you have an early flight, it is there. The room was quite spacious and updated. They seem to have an arrangement with Uber for shuttle services to/from the airport, but it only takes about 5 minutes after you ask for a shuttle for them to show up. "

"Check in was terrible staff was rude. Made me wait to check in at 2am after all day of extended medical work while she talked on the phone for 5 mins. Then gave me a double room even though I booked and paid for king. Said to bad kings are first come first serve regardless of what you book."

"The staff was great. But the entire building needs a renovation. There was this very strong artificial floral scent in the hallways and lobby. Please stop using that awful air freshener. The location can’t be beat. Ask for a room not facing the Caltrain tracks if you are a light sleeper."

"The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look safe to walk around lots of empty buildings. "
