"We were made very welcome by John and hadall we needed for a very comfortable stay with our two dogs. There were lots of little touches that added to our good experience-including welcome bags for each dog and more than adequate continental breakfast. We would highly recommend a d stay again. "The pub itself and the breakfast were great but the room i had smelled damp and needed some love! The bed was very old with person shape dents in the mattress
The owner came out immediately to fix a light but as he couldn't reassure me that the other rooms were any better I left after one night of no sleep."

"Great location right in town and newly renovated. We had room 23 and it was lovely and all new bathroom fixtures. Best room we stayed in our whole trip to England. Would definitely stay there again."
