"There is a church providing meals to the homeless across the street- I stayed to be able to walk to the convention center but the street had people on it at all hours of the day and night who were struggling with their mental health and I did not feel safe as a woman with my children walking on the street. Please be aware as I saw no other reviews that mentioned this. The hotel itself is fine and if you valet and get in your car and leave it’s ok. "

"There was issue with sink and it was not draining and no one addressed it"

"People above were throwing dice on the floor stomping their feet and it sounded like they were fighting. Staff was afraid to speak to them. It was during a snowstorm and they didn’t have security staff. I complained till 4:30am and the staff called in front of me. They did quiet down at that point. Tiny refrigerator and lacking a microwave. Beds were comfortable janitorial staff were great. One girl at the desk was obnoxious throughout the stay. Mentioned the to manager when he arrived didn’t seem surprised and didn’t respond after when I asked him to ask the attendant that dealt with the people throwing the 10:30-4:30am party. "

"The lobby, hallways, parking and all areas we were in were clean and well maintained. The room was clean and updated. The couch was uncomfortable, exactly as every other couch in every comparable hotel. However, the beds were probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. It was actually too high for me personally, only due to my stature, but once I got in it I was snug as a bug. The breakfast on both mornings we stayed was well supplied and filling. Plenty of coffee, tea and juice beverages and hot egg and meat meal options including pastries, breads, cereals, fruit and yogurts. A large selection of condiments and extras, I can’t imagine anyone would leave hungry. Any staff we interacted with was polite, friendly and professional. One thing that really stood out to me, there was plenty of staff coming in during the morning. This is reassuring to see and corresponds with the cleanliness of the property. I cannot rate the wifi or pool area as we did not use either. We are already planning a summer visit to the Boston area and will definitely be staying here. "
