"We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. "The gym was under renovation and the pool looked cloudy. Plus no hot tub. The room was big and spacious with blackout shades which was a plus. But the renovation put a damper on our access to the gym. Breakfast was ok as well. "

"When we checked out our two rooms we were charged two different rates although they were booked on Expedia at same time and we checked in same time. Front desk clerk said he was new, couldn’t resolve and would resolve once manager arrived. No follow up to date and remains unresolved. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable!! The room only has a mini fridge but we had a balcony with 2 rocking chairs which was nice. Staff waa awesome!! Very limited breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, cheese sticks, coffee ,tea , and juice. The coffee. Tea, and juice is offered all day!! Also there are gamea inthe lobby an a popcorn till 8 p.m."

"Very friendly staff in a great location. Everything is walkable. The room was boring (for an Arts Hotel), we were supposed to have a King bed but got a Queen. Mattress and pillows lumpy. Next time I might try a different hotel. "
