We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

Overall it was great. The only thing is that they gave us room witch was not clean at the beginning, and I paid twice for the room. Once through the website when I made the booking and once upon the check out. Otherwise the complex is beautiful, rooms are nice and breakfast was delicious.

L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol était la salle de bain. La douche n’était pas bien rangé et l’eau était partout dans la salle de bain. Le complexe touristique est vraiment magnifique.

Complejo genial, servicio mejorable.

El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso.

設備とサービスについて。

浴槽があったので、お湯をはり入浴。お湯を抜こうと栓を開けると、お湯が抜けず便器の前の排水口から溢れてきて、バスルームは水浸しに。フロントに電話しようにも説明書類はブルガリア語のみ、やむなく外線で電話した。部屋を変えるというが、夜も遅いし明日修理ということで、応急に敷くタオルを持って来させたが、そなタオルに髪の毛が残っていた。周りに何も無く街まで車で20分かかる。夕食をリゾート内のレストランで済ませたが、チップを要求された。ブルガリアではチップの習慣は無いはずなのに。翌日、排水の修理ができず部屋を変わることに。前夜の不便に対する補償を求めると、ランクアップした部屋に変えたので、それだけ。と言われる。しょうがないが、図体だけゴージャスで中身が伴っていない気がした。

Είχα κανει κράτηση δωμάτιο και μου έδωσαν διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα δεν καθαρίστηκε ποτε τις 3 μέρες που μείναμε και φυσικά ξεμείναμε απο χαρτί υγείας και οι πετσέτες μας δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτε. Έκανα φασαρία στην ρεσεψιόν και μίλησα με την υπεύθυνο για να καταφέρω να παρω 2 ζευγάρια παντόφλες μιας χρήσης και ενα έξτρα μαξιλάρι. Αναφέρεται οτι ειναι 7 χιλιόμετρα απ το μπανσκο αλλα ειναι 15. Σε αυτο το κατάλυμα όμως μπορω να πω οτι αξίζει το σπα τους.

we rent a villa which wa spacious expensive with the discount , but quite comfortable, there wa nothin luxurius inside although ffrom the outer of the complex u wait something more, the appartent is like all the hotels in bansko and somt of the are really luxurius and with more comforts and amenities, u need the car to move towards the spa or the breakfast area ause the complex is hugh, and then in the bath there was just a bottle of shampo, that was alll no other toiletries for five star ???? tthe pool and spa area is jusst fine, generally i didnt see anything particular just the natural envirement, around

Αξέχαστη διαμονή σε ένα υψηλής ποιότητας συγκρότημ

Ήταν μια μοναδική εμπειρία, ιδιαίτερα θετική. Τα διαμερίσματα καλόγουστα, άνετα, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό και υπέροχη θέα. Ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας. Μείναμε σε βίλα ακριβώς μπροστά στη λίμνη και πραγματικά το απολαύσαμε. Τα εστιατόρια πολύ καλά με ατμόσφαιρα και μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητού πολύ καλής ποιότητας. Είναι κρίμα που υπήρχε εγκατάλειψη στους χώρους του εμπορικού κέντρου με πολλά κλειστά καταστήματα και ελάχιστο κόσμο. Είναι επίσης κρίμα που δεν υπήρχαν κάποιες γιορταστικες εκδηλώσεις. Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγευτική και το γεγονός ότι το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται έξω από το Μπάνσκο είναι εξαιρετικό πλεονέκτημα κυρίως για όσους δεν είναι φανατικοί του σκι. Πολύ καλοί και οι χώροι και οι εγκαταστάσεις του Σπα ιδίως η πισίνα. Οι υπόλοιποι χώροι είναι σχετικά περιορισμένης έκτασης το νερό θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο ζεστό. Ωστόσο είναι ευχάριστο να περάσεις κάποιες ώρες στο Σπα. Χαλαρωτικό και χωρίς πολύ κόσμο. Τέλος η αρχιτεκτονική του συγκροτήματος είναι εξαιρετικά πετυχημένη. Θυμίζει ένα μικρό γραφικό χωριό.

Appartement déplorable

A notre arrivée dans cet immense complexe, nous pensions avoir toucher le pactole en voyant toutes ces belles maisons et ce bel hôtel. Ce fut de courte durée quand à notre arrivée à la réception personne ne parle anglais !!! On nous fourni une brochure de la station de Bansko du millésime 2011/2012 (nous sommes quand même janvier 2018). Nous allons dans notre appartement qui a notre plus grande surprise encore sale des anciens occupants !!!! Du coup retour à la réception qui étonné et nous croyant à moitié nous dit d’attendre une heure que le nécessaire soit fait, au bar, ne nous offrant aucunes consommations de surcroît ni geste commercial. De retour dans l’appartement on s’aperçoit que ni la plaque ni le four ne fonctionne ! Il manque 1/3 des lattes au lit (dont une partie cassées ou réparées à la va vite). Il n’y a pas de tapis de bain. Puis l’appartement en lui même n’est pas de première jeunesse. Heureusement petit sourire pour le petit déjeuner qui est varié et garni, ainsi que le repas du soir. Verdict, c’est un bon complex pour fortuné qui loue des maisons ou bien il faut séjourner dans l’hôtel mais au niveau des appartements c’est à éviter impérativement ! Le spa est aussi pas mal mais trop peuplé et pas assez surveiller (voir des enfants dans le sauna ou hammam est inconscient).

Great mountain resort

The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms.

Είχαμε κλείσει στα απαρμεντ, ειχε λιγο κρύο ομως και μας αλλάξανε πρόθυμα στο κεντρικό ξενοδοχειο. Το σπα ηταν τέλειο με πολύ ζέστη εξωτερική πισίνα .Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα ..

I visited Pirin Golf during the winter. I booked 2 room apartment which looked very well on the pictures, however the place we were given was different and unfortunately smaller. Thew rooms were small and the living room was a bit cold. Temperature barely reached 20 degrees Celsius. Breakfast is located at about 1.5 kilometers from the apartment buildings which is a bit far for early morning winter walk. The hotel provides transport, but you have to pick it up from the main building. Not a bad place, but there are better for that money.
