"Very nice room and Tia at reception was phenomenal! We arrived after exhausted and later than planned after hiking Lamington and were warmly received. Parking was tricky because our vehicle was oversized but she was very helpful (we ended up parking on the street for free and paid for a couple of hours the following morning via the city app). Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, tbh the pool looked dirty but could have been from the recent rain from the cyclone in the north."

"the room was very dim especially at night and only had few sources of light. for a 4 star hotel, the toilet was disappointing as it had minimal space. they also did not clear out excess rubbish and just did the bare minimum, not clearing out excess trash which was placed obviously at the door and meant to be taken out. they only provided a tissue box when we asked at the counter and did not provide one when they cleaned the room despite us almost running out . "The rooms are very clean and easy parking. Staff were helpful during checkin. I really like the food availability."

"The room was clean and tidy and the staff were courteous however, when we gotbthe blanketd out from the cupboard, they smelt of body odor - i would suggest they be dry cleaned and the sheeys on the queen bef were stained woth what looked like mpuld or coffee in parts."
