"Cheap and Central. Hard to complain. Some staff are a bit disinterested in their job but the vast majority are upbeat and positive. Should be noted that the recycling could be better labeled and there's no shower gel provided. At the end of the day, it's a cheap backpackers hostel 5 mins from the beech and I genuinely can't complain tbh. I enjoyed my stay."

"The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . "I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day."

"Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was better than expected. We didn't realise one bedroom had a ensuite so that was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you'd need for cooking and the dishwasher was an added bonus. A full-sized fridge was great and there is a Woolworths supermarket within easy walk, making stocking up with groceries very easy. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes dryer.
