Novotel Surfers Paradise
Staff were courteous, would be helpful if there was a toilet brush, overall the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Fridge was quite loud when trying to sleep and didn’t seem to be a hand towel, a hook near basin would be good for washing and drying hands. Great location easy walk to restaurants ...

Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences
Big Thankyou to Cathy and the breakfast buffet staff all do a wonderful job in the breakfast shift. Wonderful service at the Hilton Surfers Paradise from reception, concierge and to the cleaners. I travel with a special needs group and its their favourite place to stay. Thankyou so much.
