"Our flight from Heathrow was canceled and we spent all night at the airport until the next morning. I was able to book a room at Malmaison Reading for the next night. We made it there around 8:00 am. They prioritized getting a room turned around for us so we could have a very early check in. They brought us complementary coffee and croissants while we waited. This was first class guest service and was such a welcome relief after a bad service experience at the airport."

"The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly."
