"This is a very clean, slick, well-meaning hotel, but our stay had many drawbacks and we will not be going back. First, when we were upgraded to a higher floor, the reception person made a big deal that we should be far away from the elevator. It didn't happen. We heard the elevator ring loud and clear! Then in the morning, all of a sudden our lights went out. When I called downstairs, I was told that sometimes the sensor goes off. My husband had to go outside in his bathrobe and use the room key...

"My husband and I loved this place. We were in Boston to attend a Red Sox game. The game started before check in time. They let us park our car before check in time which was very helpful. The backstage accommodations were great! Will definitely be staying there again."
