"The staff was very helpful when we arrived late at night. They were also very responsive when I had some concerns about the swimming pool pump not operating, which they fixed immediately."

"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."

"Con. Rooms are very minimal. Completely my fault for not noticing but there isn't a coffee pot in the room, nor a microwave. It took the AC a while to cool our room down. Pro. Full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are located in the bathroom. Nice hardwood floors."

Desk was nice but our keys kept not working replaced them multiple times and they were aware and said it's been happening for the past few weeks. Completely inconvenient. "The pool door was supposed to be open, it wasn't. There were no towels. The chlorine smell was overpowering, and the breakfast was mediocre, compared to the other Tru hotels I've stayed at. However, room was clean and everything else was fine."

"When I got there was expecting to pay the amount left as what it showed. No I had to pay 100 more then what it said to pay when getting there. The stay was nice I liked it just when I expected to get the 100 deposit back I haven’t received it yet. I tried to call and ask about it and got hung up on. I took pictures before and after of the place due to how much the deposit was and I haven’t received it back and no one will talk to me. Not happy."
