"The room was clean but it needed some TLC. The toilet paper holder was broke and. You really couldn't use the outlets due to the counter being too high. You could tell that the fixes they had done were gerryrigged. "

"1st time we went on 1/21/26 we had no light on the desk area. I really needed one. Our visit yesterday 3/08/26 the TV didnt work, they thought since they got it on it worked but there were only 2 channels and they were not anything we'd wanted to watch, like the news. Besides that the place is clean, and closd to interstate and near hospital where we had to go. "

"The hotel was nice and clean! There were a few small things that needed some attention in the room but mostly cosmetic from what I seen. The one and only complaint I have is the door that you close to the bathroom and the door to the closet are the same door. It’s a sliding door and it’s on the heavier side. I think a regular door would be better in these rooms. I normally skip out on using hotel soaps, shampoos etc but theirs were amazing!! They weren’t the basic hotel items they were so much...

"The room was nice however as soon as we walked in there was a roach. Only one but still not a comfy feel after seeing one. The breakfast is average stuff but good variety and the covered parking is good and safe. The staff was the best part of the stay. "

"Great property. My only issue was that the EV charging stations were both occupied by non EV vehicles. This is pretty annoying,especially when you’re low on battery. I hope they implement a policy for future travelers. "

"Breakfast was very quickly put away so we didnt feel welcomed to attend. The ac in the room was inoperable and while it wasnt a hot night it still wasnt ideal. The room was great. We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip and this one was by far my favorite room. The price wasnt bad at all. "

"The customer service was excellent!! I can not think of the young lady's name that did my check in but she was AMAZING and accomodated my request. The lady that did the breakfast set up was so kind and the food was fresh and plentful. Ive stayed many times before and have received good customer service, but this time it was really top tier. I dont usuually leave reciews, but would be remiss if i didnt this time! Keep up the excellent work!"
