Cari Hotel di Arkansas

"Property was in good shape and clean. LOTS of space!! Great value for the price!! "

"Beautiful and historic hotel. The full renovation of the interior have not made it to the rooms yet, so my room showed its age. I'm looking forward to going back when the rooms are renovated and are as nice as the rest of the hotels renovated interior spaces."

"My only complaint is about the mattress. It needed to be replaced a few years ago :/ Besides that, we loved the hotel and our stay there."

"The room is clean and spacious. But it is outdated and the kitchen plates and mugs are all mismatched. That’s why I gave 4 stars. The lake view is amazing, especially when you sit at the balcony to relax! For the price I paid that I couldn’t ask a better place to stay over a night on the road trip."

"Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly and very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again."

"I’m really upset. I was traveling all day in the car and I made a reservation. I had my 20 year old son with me but nowhere did it say that he couldn’t stay at the property. When I got there I was subject to a full search of my bags and person. Then rudely told we couldn’t stay there even though I had already booked through Expedia. You guys need to update this casino resort on your website so others don’t have to go through this. Do better."

"Loved the location, staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable."

"Large comfortable room. Liked choice of pillows, both soft & hard."

"Rustic timely stay"

"Lovely getaway in a great location We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the suite was beautifully set up and full of charm. Having parking right in front of our door made arriving and heading out so easy. The service stood out too: the hosts were friendly, quick to respond, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful spot for a relaxing weekend, and we'd happily stay again."

"not enough towels and washcloths were provided. we had to ask for washcloths. no maid service while we were there. they did not pick up the dirty towels and put in clean ones. or empty the trash."
