"The room and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not so great.The parking was great close to the door."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay."

"I liked how clean it was. Staff was friendly. Pool wasn't open. According to staff the had a leak from an upstairs room. The pool water however looked dirty. And the breakfast could use some seasoning. The eggs and sausages were bland. So was the gravy. Didn't finish my meal. The parking lot was clean."

"The room was a little dated, but clean. I liked the kitchenette, although there wasn't a lot of kitchen ware. There was plenty of storage space in the bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, although there were a lot of people staying there. It was close to Memphis and other areas we wanted to see. We will stay here again."

"Heads up, this was extremely unprofessional business booked. My room came to check-in got my key went to my room tried to swipe my key card door wouldn’t open went down. Got a new key. Had the worker come with me swipe the key wouldn’t work man inside the room, naked seems to me like a trafficking hotel be highly aware of. Do not recommend for anybody."

"There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room."
