Die Lage des Hotels ist in den Sommermonaten sicherlich besonders attraktiv. Ende Februar war es eher ruhig, was für uns aber auch angenehm sein kann, wenn man Entspannung sucht. Das Hotel bietet eine gute Ausstattung und wird offenbar auch gerne von Reisegruppen genutzt."

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again...

"The check-in process was a bit ludicrous lacking front desk (reception) staff that had to be coordinated for every move, even to pick up and drop off our car. The shower in our room not only barely had water coming out but there was "limited" hot water to shower with during the winter months (December), that for a medium hair length woman, not enough hot water to wash the hair. Gabriella, the housekeeping lady was the one thing we enjoyed about our stay. "
