Ficamos com medo do hotel ser péssimo diante de tantas avaliações negativas, no entanto, nos surpreendemos. Chegamos tarde a noite, e fomos super bem recebidos!! O quarto? 100% limpo e higienizado. O café da manhã também é bom, com opções variadas de frutas, pães e outros. A localização é boa, com mercados e praia próxima. Podem reservar sem medo!

Only thing I liked was the price. Like they say you get what you pay for. It's ok for short stays around 2 days. Do not recommend for long stays. Great for single person not for families.

As instalações carecem de manutenção preventiva, meu marido levou uma queda ao sair da piscina, pois naescada não têm pisos antiderrapantes, além de ter corrido risco de vida, ainda ficou com o prejuízo financeiro, pois o celular quebrou. A área da piscina é muito perigosa e sem proteção, não indico a ninguém, principalmente idosos e crianças. O café da manhã é bem simples, pouquíssimas opções, são elas: 3 tipos de frutas, 3 bolos, 2 pães, ovos e salsicha, as bebidas são bem limitadas também. O atendimento do pessoal é o que salva o local.

Excelente Localização, Quarto e banheiro grande

Hotel no estilo antigo com banheiro e quarto grande, muito confortável. No terraço tem um lindo espaço com piscina, excelente pra tirar fotos da cidade. Só deixa a desejar no café da manhã muito limitado nas opções, e todos os 4 dias o mesmo cardápio.

Esperava o mínimo

Infelizmente, nossa estadia não foi tão agradável como esperávamos. A cama era muito ruim, com colchão deformado, travesseiros sujos e fronhas fedidas a suor. Tivemos que solicitar novo jogo de camas para a recepção, que foi atenciosa e nos atendeu rapidamente. Porém, chegando cansado de viagem, a gente espera no mínimo descansar confortavelmente, mas encontramos um colchão totalmente inapropriado. Além disso, ao chegar encontramos o chão do banheiro molhado perto do box, que estava aberto e com chuveiro pingando. Também sentimos falta de uma ducha higiênica (apesar de ter a tubulação instalada) e, dentro do box não tinha nem uma simples saboneteira ou algum apoio para shampoo/outros. Acreditamos que o mínimo de manutenção deveria ocorrer em qualquer hotel, independente se é 5 estrelas ou não. Em nosso retorno, não será um local que voltaremos.

O hotel da a impressão de abandonado. Não há manutenção, o elevador não estava funcionando no primeiro dia e quando voltou a funcionar dava a impressão que iria quebrar a qualquer momento, as camas estavam velhas e mal conservadas, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, os travesseiros estavam em muito mal estado. O café da manhã tinham pouquíssimas opções.

Acomodação boa a preço acessível

A localização do Hotem Andrade Onda Mar é excelente, próximo a parte boa da Praia. Próximo Shopping. Quanto ao Hotel serve um ótimo café da manhã, o quarto é espaçoso no caso cama casal mais solteiro. A parte do colchão e cama precisam melhorar. Problemas: cama box soltou o pé várias vezes, o ar condicionado parecia carro ligado, estas foram as inconveniencia. A limpeza era diária, chuveiro quente e frio ótimo. No ultimo andar tem uma piscina, acho que agrega quando estamos com criança. No geral e pelo custo benefício, recomendo para famílias. Eu voltaria.
