Local horrível. Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim. Moveis do quarto embolorados e apodrecendo. Paredes sujas. Ar condicionado pingando água no piso. Janelas sujas. Sensação de estão um um lugar sujo e sem cuidados. Não tinha vaga de estacionamento e indicaram um prédio ao lado porém ninguém ofereceu ajuda com as malas. O estacionamento ao lado era pago e vc tinha que voltar com as malas por uma rua escura cheia de moradores de rua. O café da manhã não sei opinar pois não tivemos coragem de experimentar. A localização é ótima mas precisam ter uma aula de hotelaria.

Um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei na vida, o quarto tinha 2mt, o lobby era a área do café da manhã, tinha um ar condicionado no meio pingando água, o café da manhã bem estranho, paguei preço de diária de qualquer hotel que se fique, mas uma das piores experiências que já tive, e olha que só pernoitei, se tivesse mais noites lá, teria ido embora antes com certeza.

O café era fresco e com pouca variedade. O ar condicionado estava bom, porém não desligava pelo controle. O quarto estava limpo e arrumado, entretanto precisa de manutenção. O atendimento pela equipe de funcionários foi cordial. Por fim, o não inclui a garagem na diária, é necessário pagar R$ 25,00 para usar a garagem. Este foi o ponto negativo do hotel. Se não pagar a garagem eles recomendam que estacione o carro em via pública, mesmo com o hotel disponibilizando garagem. Muito estranho!

Nunca paguei tão caro em uma diária e tive pra um hotel tão péssimo. Café da manhã horrível, só tinha pão dois tipos de fruta, salsicha de cachorro quente, ovo mexido, todos os dias a mesma coisa. A estrutura do hotel é péssimo, quantos horrível, paredes acabada, estrutura velha, com mofo. Não imaginei que seria tão ruim assim, principalmente pelo preço pago.

O quarto era muito bom, mas não tinha ducha no banheiro e o lençol para se cobrir era fino igual a um lenço! No meu banheiro colocaram um papel higiênico que era tão fino que ele se partia fácil! No quarto do casal que estava viajando comigo e minha esposa não tinha toalhas e a atendente pediu que ela descesse para buscar! Acho que ela que deveria entregar a toalha! O acesso a garagem é muito ruim porque não tem porteiro e tem que deixar o carro na rua ir até a recepção e pedir para que abram o portão de acesso ao estacionamento do hotel!
