"The lighting in the hallway was out. When I reported it to the front desk, the lady told me she would have someone fix it in a couple of days. Also the lighting in the bedroom was very poor. There is only two very dim lights on both sides of the bed."

"Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying ..."

"My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. ..."
