"The room had a weird smell to it that was very unpleasant which made our stay uncomfortable the entire time. The sofa bed mattress was filthy. We asked staff for a different room but they said they were sold out and it wouldnt be a room with balcony view so that would be a downgrade. Rooms need to be updated and new furniture is need ASAP."

The grounds had a beautiful island feel with the gardens right out the window the view was breathtaking every morning. "The hotel is known for its views which are wonderful. However, the room was clean, but television was hard to work, sink had no drain catch, and no surface areas in the bathroom to place items. Would have appreciated a coffee pot because no coffee available until 8 AM. "

"Crystal Cove is a very well managed property conveniently located on the beach with a great view. The beach itself was not crowded and primarily used by the Villa tenants, charis are included which was an added bonus. There is also a large sized pool on property and classes in the morning. The management of the property, specifically Adele and Bernie, were exceptional with answering any and ALL questions. They were responsive to any needs or requests and provided great recommendations for food, beaches, etc."
