"I was really disappointed with our stay at Sam’s Town Casino. The hotel room was noticeably dirty, and it honestly looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a very long time. There was a broken lamp in the middle of the room that looked like it was supposed to be next to a chair but there was also no chair in the room either. "Booked a non-smoking room. Our room was very smoky smelling. We reported it to the front desk upon arrival and asked for another room. The hotel was fully booked so no other room available. No discounts or accommodations were given for getting a smoked in room when booking and paying for a non smoking room. Poor customer service in our opinion."

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"

"The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements."

First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated.
