"This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. Check in took over an hour due to issues with other check ins ex: debit credit cards not working. That's frustrating after a long drive when all you want to do is rest."

I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. "For the price, the room was starting to show wear: peeled off wallpaper in a corner of the bedroom area, rust-ringed shower drain and faucet. The property has crowded parking and now charges $10 a day to park. Pluses: friendly staff, convenient location, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool."
