"Everything was good! The only bad side of my trip is that the pool was not working."

"This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN"

"I didn’t like anything it was nasty water I. The sink wasn’t running the room was dirty towels nasty dingy Bed linen nasty blanket had dirty something on it shower the towel was coming up peeling g they need to shut that nasty filthy place down"

"My Room was absolutely disgusting there was hair in the tub, floors were filthy boogers on the wall, no soap to wash your hands they never came in to clean the room while we were there never took the trash out or even give us another trash bag the whole building is run down, not really ideal for a handicap person said they offered breakfast never saw that either"

"Pretty nice place...done up in that old world chateau kind of way. Nice rooms,. Great staff. Nice poo & hot tub. Breakfast in the morning. Comfy beds. Lots of "stuff" around to do if you get bored hanging at the indoor pool. One of the nicer places to stay."

"Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly."

"The water was leaking outside the bath dub. Don't know if it was shower curtain was letting water out or something at the bottom of the tub was leaking. They just kept one spare tissue roll! bathroom is very small and bedroom area also very small"

"I loved how big the rooms are plenty of room to get around no rugs to worry about anybody tripping or falling. Will definitely come back there."
