After we booked-in we got locked out, the card wouldn't work, had to go to Reception to let us in, not sure what would have happened if the reception desk wasn't manned. The vinyl floor outside the bathroom was swelling due to water damage. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, the bathroom vent wasn't working, had to leave the window open constantly, mould on bathroom floor tiles and shower walls and water damage around bathroom door frame. The whole room looked little sad. For a few more dollars i would have gone elsewhere"
