"When 1st walking in room the odor in the room was terrible. The bed had two small square pillows on bed. Was very uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillow. Save yourself some neck pain. The closet door was off its tracks. Just leaned up against the other one. The Breakfast was just okay. The staff was friendly though."

"The Hampton Inn Tulsa South/Bixby needs updating. 1) One of the two ELEVATORS was OUT OF ORDER. 2) The POOL was INOPERABLE (no mention of it on the website.) There were no empty parking spaces in the front and the 3) BACK DOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER. 4) The SIDE DOOR worked only one time during our stay, so we usually had to walk around to the front to gain entrance. 5) Several of the FIRE DOORS to the stairwell STAYED OPEN all the time. The room doors all have the old style card slots. 6) ...

"My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!"
