"La poussière n était pas faite sur les cadres de la chambre, une des serviettes était tachée. Une dame vigile qui fait aussi le George, s est adressée à nous d'une façon peu agréable, lors de notre retour de Blade en ville sur l hôtel, nous empêchant de passer au motif d un événement privé. En soit, cela peut arriver, on peut le comprendre, mas il y a tout de même une façon de s adresser aux clients. Il n y a pas de petit client.
Ce faisant, le reste du personnel est juste incroyable, hyper...

"The room was enormous with a comfortable bed and view of the bay. The front desk staff was wonderful. The bathroom could use a little updating but was spacious. Breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, a bit expensive for what you got and they were understaffed. Overall a great place to stay for location and price."

"Checkin was a disaster. Tried to check in online, said it failed. Turned up at reception and they didn’t have a record of the reservation. Passed between a few people and then the manager determined the online checkin was actually successful so it cancels the reservation apparently??? 30 mins wasted messing around with trying to look up confirmation numbers and booking references.
That all said, the room was great and the shuttle to/from DUB was perfect. "
