"It's a good location and cleanliness is ok. Noisy from floors above so hard to get peace - poor insulation. Luckily I had photo ID for check in as without it you can't check in - even though no mention of this on the booking! "

"It’s clean and a pretty hotel it need maintenance though paint is chipping off the skirting board the ceilings and walls need some paint they look dirty there was tape on the ceiling from the last people who stayed food is awful apart from the fries 10/10 staff are judgy "

"Clean and tidy, hotel rooms and pool area a little bit dated, Wouldn’t say it Was quite 4 * but certainly a pleasant stay and buffet breakfast for £14 was really nice reasonable amount of options and porridge we pre ordered came full to the brim and was delicious. Quite old fashioned almost like being in a time warp, but all in all a nice pleasant stay, pool was nice and quiet when we went and food was decent, bar area not too bad, good value for money, with being so close to the airport, which you can actually walk to from the hotel as well, so nice bonus."

"The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. We also found it very odd that, despite staying at the hotel, guests still had to pay £15 for just 2 hours of spa access. Overall, while the hotel looked good, the extra charges and limited spa availability made the experience disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money we paid to stay there."
