"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. We used this as our central spot for a day trip to Miami and two days of exploring the keys. We easily drove to Key Largo from here and then drove to Key West and back in one day from here also. There's lots of things to do locally also, both in Florida City and neighboring Homestead as well, all the stores and restaurants you want. "

"I had a horrible stay at the Comfort Inn Miami Kendall. The room was FILTHY, even after housekeeping came and "cleaned" it. The countertop was still dirty, trash was left on the floor... it was a mess. The gym equipment was broken, and the Jacuzzi? Forget about it. I called ahead to confirm they had a Jacuzzi, and guess what? Not working, and they've known about it for over a year according to the manager! Still, they keep advertising it like it's a thing. Staff barely spoke English, and the...

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we encountered a loud party late at night, we went downstairs to complain at 10:53 PM, only to be told they couldn't check on the issue until after 11:00 PM. This policy felt wild and unprofessional, especially when noise disturbances are often time-sensitive. At 2:00 AM, the party was still going strong. Although the music was quieter, the bass and constant door slamming continued to disrupt our sleep. I sent a message to the hotel at that...
