"We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and right at the heart of union square. Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. My only suggestion is for brighter lights for the hallways, the low dim lights made you feel a bit uncomfortable and gave an eerie feeling. Overall, we still recommend this hotel 😊"

"Fantastic Hotel. Rooftop bar, delicious food, and drinks. Robots bring you your morning cup of coffee and pastries from the cafe. Excellent hotel staff. Very attentive. Great spot if you are coming to watch your favorite team play the Giants. Excellent location to Oracle Park."

"My room was impeccably clean. The mattress, pillows, sheets and cover were of special upgraded quality. The staff was friendly. The only concern would be that the bar and restaurant have never reopened after covid. They make up for it with super coffees, teas, apples and delicious cookies. There is a nice restaurant next door. The price to stay is so reasonable."

"We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were friendly & helpful. Loved the pillow & “sleep rituals” menu. The dog run on the 5th floor great for walking our service dog after dark. Just a terrific experience! We’re going to return soon."
