Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience. The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. "The small cabin we booked was very intimate & cozy. It is located approximate to Alexandria Bay with very easy access to the rest of the Seaway Trail. Only thing of question was the bed was a little soft & the bathroom a little tight for a guy my size. We definitely enjoyed our stay overall!"

"One of the best places I’ve stayed. Family style and the deco fits riverside vibe perfectly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in very early and lent us all kinds of stuff including utensils. The shared area was also very nice, with swing chairs and all. The neighborhood was quiet yet adjacent to the river and the pubs. Recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay!"
