"The cabin was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was kind and patient (being tired after a long day on the road and a little absent minded I immediately locked my key in the room lol). The only glitch was that the hot tub was inoperative at first, but they sent someone down right away to fix it. We were looking forward to jumping in after our long day on the road, and so we had to wait quite a while for it to heat up enough to use, but at least we did get to use it and it was lovely. ...

"First let me say we arrived at 12:30 check in is at 3pm so I asked if room was ready it wasn’t so we walked to town. We went around had lunch walked back it is 3:30now. A white woman was at the desk checking in I was told my room wasnt ready still. I asked how someone walk in off the street get a room when you knew we were here first. Finally at 4:30 the room ready it smells bad very dirty and flys in the room.phone not working so I decided we not staying in this dump. I was racially profiled I...

"The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, and a guest's child was running up and down the hallways until 1am on our first night. The housekeeping never made our bed or vacuumed the room on any of the days we were out."

"The staff sets up a text conversation when you checkin. I had a question about the location of a light switch. They answered promply. My only complaint is the free breakfast. It is a bunch of indiviually wrapped muffins etc. Fortunately, there are a lot of good restaurants that serve breakfast."

"Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me. "
