"Hotel is big and clean and impressive. Plenty of parking, large lobby, even free laundry! We also had a cool, unique room that contained a King bed and four bunk beds for our four children. (Which they really enjoyed.) I would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"I enjoyed the stay very much with the exception of the pullout sofa in the room. There was no mattress left to this bed, it was all spring! I tried to lay on the mattress and it was impossibly uncomfortable. I tried to lay on the sofa with the cushions and that also was uncomfortable, as was sitting. For such a great location, it's time to replace the worn-out furniture. I counted on the sofa for someone to sleep on overnight."

"We booked a last minute couple of nights at Natura for our family of 4 and 2 guests from the UK, and we loved it so much we booked an extra night. You can use the whole range of parks and for $100 a night it presented incredible value. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, location was great and we enjoyed using all the other hotels and parks Rooms were renovated and no frills but clean and comfortable. Amenities amazing. We'll be back"

"Ck in staff A+. Ck out B- Bathroom had random hair, and could have been cleaned a bit better. Also, air conditioner very loud. We still slept tho! Would go back."
