"The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean and designed well. There is an elegant charm to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the check in and out process was smooth. Great location, walkable to the pubs but far away enough to be peaceful and quiet."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice touches. For example, if you ask that the room not be cleaned they thank you with a complimentary drink card (wine/beer/coffee). It was unexpected but a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful. It was our favorite hotel during our trip."

"The house was lovely, although quite remote. Beautiful views and bright big windows. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the bed upstairs had shifting slats (broken, I think). Otherwise a beautiful home and a pleasant stay."
