"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time. The first year was very good - the rooftop bar was a nice bonus to our stay, The second visit, the restaurant was disappointing. My wife ordered a Caesar salad which consisted of 99% salad (no chicken, no cheese, etc.). How difficult is it to make a normal Caesar salad? Our most recent visit, we arrived off a long, fraught...

"Convenient mix between a hotel and apartment. Great to have a kitchenette and shared laundry facilities, especially in a city as expensive as Copenhagen. Only issue was that some of the common areas could be a little cleaner - some areas were a bit dirty and stayed at the same level of dirtiness for the whole trip, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned all week."
