"Motel doesn't have an ice machine by design. Also, no kleenex in room and no bath mat to keep from slipping in bath tub. Room had no decor. Desk clerk is quite helpful."

"This place was immaculately clean and well cared for. The hosts were amazing, kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and felt safe and comfortable. This 2 bedroom had absolutely everything you could ever need. The second bedroom is a trundle bed and it was also very comfortable. This unit is located in a quiet residential area. The gardens were divine and beautifully landscaped. It was a joy to sit on the covered patio and look at them and listen to the birds after sight...

"The property was organized, however the room itself could have used a deep cleaning. The floor in room seemed like it had not been swept, and bathroom tub was dirty, had dirt inside. Lastly one of the blankets had a stain on it."

"Nice, clean hotel that is conveniently located off the Lynnwood train stop, the interurban trail and near the mall and other stores. Comfortable beds and a good basic breakfast. I stayed here for three nights and would stay here again. Great value!"

"I was surprised how nice a stay we had at this BW hotel. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, hotel very clean and well maintained for an older BW, breakfast was tasty and beds were made while we went downstairs to breakfast. The best perk was the free passes Harbor Square Athletic Club. The workout recovery room with massage chairs and cryolounge chairs was wonderful."

"Drove straight north after landing in Seattle. On our way to the North Cascades. Tricky to find due to road construction but was a lovely place. Enjoyed the hot tub the next morning before we started on our 15 day trip. Good breakfast. Great start!"

"The room was clean and as described, with a double bed and a shared bathroom adjacent (I believe the property has a room with a private bathroom as well). It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I was assigned the same parking spot as another guest. This might have been a typo, and I sorted it out with the other guest because he was leaving earlier than I was. The owner responded after a few hours giving me a different parking spot, but the matter was resolved by then. Recommended!"

"At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. I was told it would be deep-cleaned the next day. That day I worked 12 hours and had to bring my dinner back to the room. The room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff did let me...
