"Room was clean - bathroom had some spilled stuff on the cupboard but nothing too crazy. Staff were great and room was spacious. Good value for price "

"The smell of chlorine throughout the whole hotel is overwhelming. There is only one elevator and it takes forever to move from floor to floor. Room needed a lot of updates but it was clean. "

"Firstly, after a very long day driving, it would’ve been nice to have 4 bottles of water not 2 for my 3 kids and I on check in. Secondly, the room was MUCH smaller than advertised and my two kids 10 & 12 had to squeeze onto a teeny couch bed. Unless a ridiculously long hallway in our suite counts as square footage? Rooms looked much more spacious and multiple windows as advertised.. not so in person. Thirdly, would’ve been nice to have a minimum of four towels, not three in the bathroom. I was...

"Cassie at the front desk was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was nice the library was stocked with beverages and snacks. Room was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze."
