"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous. The temperature of the room was adjustable. A grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops were within easy walking distance. The staff gave me a firm pillow, after I mentioned that the ones on the bed were too squishy."

"The room was very comfortable and was perfect for a traveling person who needs quiet and plenty of space to organize their stuff. I took 2 naps and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and there's a Chick-fil-A across the street for good eats. I had a wonderful stay, I needed sleep, air conditioning (high humidity outside makes it hard for me to breathe after hiking. Thank you for the clean bed, towels were fluffy and plenty. See you again in my travels!"

"This place is what I like to call a Diamond. How cute and cozy it was. It was beautiful on the outside and inside, and reminded me of a lodge type hotel in the Alps I stayed at before. The staff was so kind and accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and some of the nicest people you can meet. Tha k you for the wonderful accommodating and allowing me to extend, it really is a magical place and was exactly what I needed."

"Hiking trails were great. Not all facilities were open as advertised. Room was fairly sparse and we were given a room at the very very far end of the 3rd floor which seemed unnecessary since the hotel was not in a way full. Overall disappointing stay and not worth the money spent."

"Great hotel. My only issue was that the elevator broke down during my 4-night stay, making getting to my third floor room a bit more difficult. I did not have this issue with previous stays, so it isn’t a common issue. Everything else was great. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are neat and clean."

"My stay here was great! Every time I returned to my room, there were fresh towels in the bathroom, I loved the included breakfast and the bistro/restaurant option for dinner, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I definitely utilized the concession store every day (water, coffee, snacks), making my trip easier before heading into the city each day. Many helpful amenities and accommodations. The TVs have streaming apps as well, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of places to sit...

"Modern, clean hotel. Very handy for the light rail. If I could change one thing it would be make the breakfast available at 6 am, not 6:30. I am a regular guest and I need to leave the hotel early in the mornings. Probably the only guest who notices this."

"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."
