"We came to celebrate a 21st birthday and had high hopes for what should have been a memorable trip. The Conrad is beautiful — but don’t let the glitz and glamour fool you. Behind the polished exterior, the operations are a complete mess, and this ended up being one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had in Las Vegas, which is shocking for one of the newer properties on the Strip. From the moment we arrived, things went sideways. We had a self-parking issue before check-in and approached the front desk for help. Rather than making any effort to resolve it, the staff was dismissive and rude — not the welcome you’d expect at a premium hotel. It set the tone for the rest of the trip. We had opted out of daily room cleaning and simply asked for basic necessities like towels and toiletries to be sent up as needed. We called housekeeping multiple times, 3 hours apart, only to be told it would be “sent right up” — it never arrived. We ended up tracking down a housekeeper on our floor just to get toilet paper. Inexcusable. To top it off, I was charged valet fees despite free valet being included in my booking. The check-in agent assured me it would be automatically deducted — it wasn’t. Beware and double check your final receipt before leaving. Do not assume what was promised will be reflected on your bill. For the price point, the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We will not be returning and would strongly encourage anyone considering the Conrad to think twice."

"The hotel was really interesting and would be very fun for a family. Staff was not helpful when checking in or checking out, everything is done at a kiosk and it’s very confusing where to go what to do, especially when using a 3rd party to book. All in all it was a nice trip and I was happy to have a safe and fun place to sleep"

"We paid extra for a room upgrade on check in, the room was poor and very old looking. We had a great big sticker on the outside of the window making it hard to see out of, and after paying more for a view. The location is good, but i expected more from a strip hotel."
